ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF ELECTRONIC AD TRANSMISSION
Camera-ready artwork can be submitted as a PDF file with all fonts embedded. Color files must be converted to CMYK and saved as a composite color file (do not send a document broken into separations).

AdDesk is a new service offered to our customers for free electronic submission of advertisements. For complete instructions, please download the tutorial (Adobe Reader needed to view). Proceed to "Display Ad," under "File Delivery" on the home page and log in (if you haven't already done so). When submitting your ad, select "Weddings of Distinction" as the publication, select your sales representative, and for the run date, input the first day of the month of the issue (i.e. for the Spring/Summer 2006 issue, input January 1, 2006), and for ad type, select ROP. IN-HOUSE AD PRODUCTION
The publisher will provide ad design and typesetting at no additional charge. A maximum of two corrections will be afforded to the client after the first proof. All subsequent corrections may be done for a fee. Materials will be retained by the publisher for one year and then discarded unless their return is specifically requested. Advertisements produced in-house, will be property of Island Publications, Inc., and may not be used in any capacity other than our products. For a fee, we may supply you with a PDF of your ad for outside use. Please contact an account executive for details.
